Cleveland Mental Health

Peace by Piece Cleveland is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that provides innovative, community-based care and services to individuals with disabilities (primarily adults with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder) throughout the greater Cleveland area. Our organization is committed to providing in-home community care, Adult Day Support and vocational programs, and transportation services to the community members with disabilities we serve, consistently responding to each community member's needs with thoughtful care.

Peace by Piece Cleveland is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of children, adolescents, adults, and families within the greater Cleveland community, and particularly the well-being of adults with disabilities and their families. As an organization, we are working to alleviate the struggles faced by the under-resourced population of adults with disabilities we serve, striving to make their lives healthier and happier through our work and by meeting their unmet needs. Our work is aimed at providing the services, support, therapies, and advocacy our community members with disabilities need to thrive within their communities. Our goals are to:
  • Provide innovative, compassionate, and exceptional services to the diverse group of community members with disabilities we serve, giving them the best possible care;
  • Continually expand the population we serve and provide further support, services, and therapies to community members who need them;
  • Devote our resources to further develop the educational, vocational, and therapeutic programs available to individuals with disabilities;
  • Enact positive change through our services and programs so that community members with disabilities feel more included, empowered, and independent within their communities, and to make our greater Cleveland community more accessible in general;
  • Increase community knowledge and support of individuals with disabilities, working as an advocate for them throughout Cuyahoga County.
